Your home and possessions will be treated with the utmost care, and for your peace of mind our public liability insurance covers your property up to the value of £1,000,000 and your furniture and possessions are covered to the value of £20,000 with our goods-in-transit insurance. We provide protective blankets for your goods to help prevent damage in transit and keep items safe and clean. Your goods will be transported to your new home and unloaded into the correct rooms that you request and stacked to one side for your convenience and to make unpacking easier. Removal Quotes are usually hourly based, meaning you could pay less than half of what you have been quoted elsewhere. How It Works

Contact us and tell us a few details about your move, our prices are the best around and are worked out depending on the size of your home, location and access from and to your new location. Please note when moving home or office some furniture may require dismantling, beds, bookcases, large units and so on. If you wish us to do this and re-assemble your goods, please let us know prior to coming as some items require certain tools to be dismantled and can take more time, so there will be a additional charge for this service. Please note that flat pack furniture is not designed to be dismantled and re-assembled such as wardrobes, and as a result, any damage caused would not be covered by our insurance.

Plastic Crates

Plastic moving crates can also be supplied when moving home with us or moving home yourself, their ideal to stack when not in use, they are strong & durable for the effective protection of contents with handles on the sides for easy moving, their great for all household items, kitchen pots, pans, dishes, clothing, CDs, records & breakables or even storing your stuff if your doing a big home renovation project & a much cheaper alternative to buying boxes that you end up having to dispose off. We can even hire you crates if your doing a self-move, Hire your plastic moving crates today and save 50% on your 2nd week if required.

Key Waiver

Moving home sometimes doesnt quite run to schedule, Estate agents, Laywers etc can all cause delays in getting your keys, If you do not get the keys to your new property with in 1 hour, from the time we arrive at your new property, you will be charged an hourly rate of £55 p/h above your original move quote, until the keys get there. this is to cover our removal team in the unlikely event. A one-off advanced payment of £50 (taken at the time of booking only) protects you against these waiting charges and is valid until 5pm on the day of your move. On Your Move Day

Upon Our Arrival!

Are there any restrictions in your road for parking at your property? or certain times when loading/unloading will not be allowed, or will be too busy to park? If possibile customers should save spaces for our van arriving, usually the size of about 2 cars or if you have a driveway please make sure it is empty for our arrival and make us aware of any obstruction before we use your driveway. Will the van be able to get within 20 metres of your new home/Carrying items over a longer distance slows down the job. Do you need to have any areas coned off by the council so that the van can park close to your property? Or are there any special access permits needed? Will access to your new home pose a problem for the van loading or unloading? I.e. Pedestrian Only Zone, Double Yellow Lines, Busy High Street, Main bus Route.

Label all Boxes

To help ensure your boxes go in the correct rooms when we arrive at your new home you can prepare them in a few diffrent way. Most popular ways to do this. You can label them by room name, or write down whats in each box or even colour code the boxes for each room, this will make things easier to unload and unpack at your new home. Also add "This side up" as you dont want to have possessions broken or damaged when moving them around.

Protect your Belongings

Use bubble wrap, towels or clothes to protect items in boxes. As we will not be held responsible for items that we have not packed as we do our best to ensure they arrive in the same condition as when they left your home. Its also wise to start packing well in advance to reduce the stress of doing it all last minute or on the day, thus keeping the movers back, keep all your boxes a standard size and make sure all box lids are taped shut, as you cant stack open boxes.

Make Boxes Lift-able

Dont pack your boxes too heavy to even pick up! Like full of old records, CDs or books, Think! Boxes also have a breaking point, if the contents are too heavy they will collapes.


If you own any pets, please make sure they have been looked after by your friends or neighbours or kept in another room, and do not pose a risk or potential hazard to any of our team, as this can also cause stress to the animal being there when your moving home.

White Goods - Have you disconected your appliances?

Items such as fridges, freezers, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, cookers and microwaves should all be disconected from the electric or water supply source prior to us arriving at your property, and we do not disconnect or reconnect any such appliances.

Dismantling Furniture Tips

Some furniture requires dismantling such as beds, wardrobes and wall display units, if they can be dismantled then try to do it before our team arrive. as this will save us time and you money. We can do this for an additional charge, unless agreed in writing prior to your move. We can even reassemble them in your new home, but it takes time and costs money. If you do it yourself it will help reduce your final bill. If you wish us to do this please let us know prior to coming as some items require certain tools to dismantle.

Moving Bulky Goods or Bulky Sofas

It probably sounds really obvious but large items such as a 3-seater suite, wardrobes, dinning table, Pianos etc, please make sure that you take all the right measurements for both the item and the doors and think about corners, will the item go round them? will it fit through the front door? is the doorway in a tight spot? As we will not remove external or internal doors or any other fixed items. Its surprising how many people dont think of this and end up with a sofa that wont fit in their home. This doesnt just apply to the main door of your new home, dont just think is the table is too big for your new dining room, but whether the item in question is too wide to be manoeuvred through the doors and hallway of your property.
